Welcome to my practice! I’m an individual + couples therapist for teletherapy clients in VA. So glad you made it here.
My website is in process…but aren’t we all.
This site and my practice will be fully up and running September 2024!
I’m building a place where you can experience feeling seen, safe, soothed and secure.
As an attachment-based therapist, I use:
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT)
Currently on maternity leave and out of the office June-August 2024. I’ll be back up and running in September, and can’t wait to connect!
